The Corporation of the Independent Faith Church (CIFC) is founded and legally constituted under the laws of the State of Oregon and with the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit religious organization (corporation) with members, with tax exempt status under IRC section 501(c)(3). The CIFC is the legal entity that conducts the administration of operations of the Independent Faith Church and its congregations. The General Headquarters are based in Portland, OR.
